Tuning The Tv

I have been given a Sony Bravia tv and set it up in the spare bedroom I can get most progs, from no.10 onwards but nos.1-9 I can't and there seems to be no way,on the remote, of tuning in.Can anyone help please? Thanks.

Thanks for that bc,unfortunately I can't get any sound from that video.I tried to follow it visually but half way through it went all blurred.Not my lucky day!
