hope this is the right place and that someone of a certain age!!! knows what I am referring to, but I have found one of these and don't know what to do with it as it was my late dads and as I have been very slow to sort out a lot off his things (he died in 2000) but as it still shows hand written amounts and has a small amount of cash value I need to know if I can claim it and dispose of or give it to a charity would also be able to claim
