Icloud Apps On Ipad To Iphone

I have I cloud switched on on both ipad and iPhone but for some reason the apps, music etc I install on my ipad isn't automatically installing on my phone. I obviously have an icloud account. Am I doing anything wrong?

Go into settings
ITunes and App store

Make sure automatic downloads are switched on in the individual options.
