is my cat gonna be ok?

in january my 1 year old cat called suki ened up losing her eye and now only has one eye (b4 anythin is it had to be removed by the vet and cost �300) and about a week ago i noticed that her abdomen is smelled up and she cries when i pick her up, which really isn't like her. she has been acting odd for a while but i only noticed it more at the weekend . she is a house cat and we do have a young tom, (he is about 6 months old) does any body have any ideas what could be wrong with her? and if so do you think she'll be ok?

Is the female cat spayed? If not she could be pregnant. The tom cat may be young but I think it could have made her pregnant even at 6 months - I'm no expert, I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

If I was you I'd take her to the vet. Or at the very least phone the vet and talk to him/her about it. They may be able to give you an idea of what the problem is without actually taking her in although I think it's likely that they'll ask you to bring her in.

certainly sounds like she could be having kittens if she has not been spayed is she trying to get in places she wouldnt normally go she will be looking for somewhere to have them, do her nipples look any different if she is getting close she will start having milk

she hasn't been spayed because of her recent eye op she was booked in to be done the day after but i cancelled because i didn't want to put her thru two ops in the same week and at the moment i can't get in touch with her vet yet as i work and its difficult to get time off.

she has really long fur so its difficult to tell whether or not there is a diffence to her nipples but they do look larger than they did a few weeks ago, she is going into cupboards and places like that were she wouldn't normally go though.

If she is having kittens how long do you think she has got left before she has them? so that i can prepare a bed and make it safe for the kittens.
