Thanks DT, and the others who have commented, it's very kind of you.

I'm back on track after my 'blip', and starting to feel a bit more positive.
I slept well last night, for the first time in a while, and have been really busy in the house today, so have kept my mind occupied.

I have a doctors appointment at 4, so we'll see what she says with regards to my current medication, and I will let you know.
