If so, walk to Victoria Rail Station (it's signposted). Look for Stop J and catch a No 24. Alight at Parliament Square. Walk to Westminster Station (which is easy to find). Look for Stop G and take a No.53 to Woolwich.
Yes there is. Direct service, usually to Gillingham via Dartford (every 30 mins). There is also a Cannon Street to Dartford service (every 30 mins) which you can pick up by changing at London Bridge. Journey time is about 30 mins by the direct service or ten minutes more if you change at London Bridge.
Return to London Bridge then take the Northern Line tube to the Oval.
Trains to Woolwich Arsenal station are frequent, dependant on the time of the evening you are travelling. Commuter hours the trains used to run every 20 minutes, otherwise 1/2 hourly. There is a fast service where Woolwich Arsenal is the first stop after London Bridge, or a slower service stopping at Deptford et al.

As I said, the two services (from Charing Cross and Cannon Street) each run every half hour. Not sure if they "interlock" to give a fifteen minute service, you'd have to look the times up.
To get to the Oval come back on the train to London Bridge, change there to southbound Northern Line tube (four stops).
