Had a new kitchen installed the company fitted my under counter oven into a mid level housing is this ok to do so.

The oven is suitable for fitting into a kitchen housing unit, at which level is not important so long as the unit is suitable for an oven.

Did you not have a say in the design? If you asked for it "under counter", that is what should have been fitted!
