What are you all having or had? For starters I've done chanterelle risotto with mascarpone and asiago cheese. Main course is soya lacquered duck breast with butternut hash and fig balsamic sauce. I'm finishing off with classic profiteroles drizzled with ginger and crushed hazelnuts.
The wine choice is Masi Campofiorin, a fruity Italian number to complement the first two courses. Will be dining at 7, hope you all enjoy whatever you're having today.
Just had roast chicken, stuffing, brussels, carrots, and boiled new potato's, and will roll off the sofa in a second to grab some Mississippi Mud Cheesecake, yum!
