Hi Ya Dee, just logged on. Thank you for asking after me. I don't know (without looking) if you saw my post yesterday but washing machine arrived. Uncoupled the old one but couldn't plumb in the new one as the water hose was faulty. Said they needed a new one. Go and get one I said. Not possible, we will report it and someone will come back tomorrow. I blew my stack and they left with the machine in the middle of the kitchen floor. Got on to Knowhow who are the delivery and installers for Currys. They gave the same answer which is tomorrow. As I paid extra for every thing to be done today I asked for my £30 back. We shall see but I bet I don't get it.

That's crap Jeza, shame I can't complain for you - I am getting quite excellent at complaining (if I do say so myself). Hope tomorrow is a better day for you :)

hiya Jeza yes read the post and that's exactly the sort of thing that happens to me all the time, these "why me Lord" situations, nothing goes to plan and nothing runs smoothly at all. Hope your day goes well today.
