Trackid App

I have an App called TrackID on my smart phone, but when I try to use it a Terms and Conditions window comes up with an accept or decline option, the trouble being that the accept option is not operative to press.

I have tried to uninstall the App and then install but the same thing happens, has anyone any ideas please?

Have you tried scrolling to the bottom of the T&C window, I have seen things where you need to have at least 'appeared' to read the document before the 'accept' option becomes active.

Is it a bugged App ? Alternatively it could be some security App you are running, or maybe a screen not detecting your touch. If you don't have issues with anything else can you fed back the issue to the developer ?

Email to the developer with screen shot would seem to be your only option now then.

Try another similar App. Soundhound is very good.
