I have just had an email from Zoopla about the house price situation in my postcode. Is it an accurate estimate? I know a house is only worth what people are prepared to pay but is Zoopla a good indication?

any ref to the algorithm Old Geezer ?
( I cant believe it is as easy as linear interpolation )

Ages ago I read it exists. It has to be based on postcode and local variables I guess, but no I don't recall where I read it. You'll have to Google it I'm afraid :-)
