Hi, Im thinking of making a career change. . .

I currently work as a driver/second man delivering office furniture but its just not paying enough so im thinking of doing some i enjoy which is cooking!

Not as a chef as such but buying a 'Butty Van' and going self employed. Ive seen how much these guys can earn!!

Does anyone have any advice on this?
Buy or Lease a van/Trailer?
Or maybe your in this line of business an could give me some helpful hints an tips??
