Does the same issue arise for the BNP too?

I understand they are already thinking of renaming themselves '' The Workers Party''
Someone raised the question that, if the Scots do decide to go it alone and, are unable to join the E.U. because of other countries concerns, where would that leave the remains of the U.K.? Would they need to reapply for membership as a new country and, more importantly would they be accepted?
Oh I do hope they would have to reapply and be denied membership.

However, the EU knows what side its bread is buttered and I'm sure an accommodation will be reached.

You've all skirted 'round the question but no one has answered it. What a bunch of politicians! Could they just become the Independence Party? Or could they join Nick Clegg and become 'The Has-Beens'?
Cheers all.
Surely they will still UKIP, but the United Kingdom will be England Wales & Northern Ireland, Scotland will not be part of the United Kingdom anymore.
I was going to vote "no" to independence if I had the chance... but now the opportunity to screw over Nigel Farage might just sway my opinion!

The Independence Party, why not.
we won't be the United Kingdom any more, if Scotland gets its independence, however i don't see it happening, and if it does we will have to call ourselves something else, answers on a postcard
