Excellent excel, if it wasn't for people like you there would be a lot more deaths and illnesses, I was glad to receive blood after an op several years ago and have a lot of respect for people who think nothing of going to their donor sessions.

I ran out of viable veins in both arms when I reached around the 40 mark - bloody (sic) good effort getting to 75 excel.

I gave about 20 then the caution about tattooes meant I stopped and then I was too old.
