Hi I will lose my licence for points accrued but will my car which will be parked for 3 months outside my house on a public road still be insured.
To add to it my insurance renewal is due during this time can I insure it so that it is legal even though I will be disqualified.
TIA

Yes as long as it is taxed and has an mot if needed

Might be worth just getting a third party, fire and theft policy for the duration. It's not worth covering yourself, is it?
You need to tell your insurers about your points and ban as it is a material fact that will affect their decision. If you don't tell them your insurance could be invalid.
should be fine just make sure you tell the insurer the fullt story.
