A word of warning. SHUNAM may be currently marked as correct, but is an error. Every source gives it as SHUNEM - see 2 Kings 4.8 et al. Douay-Rhiems, which follows the Greek translation of the Old Testament, has SUNAM. A person from Shunem is a Shunamite, which is perhaps how the error arises.
