screen goes pink and purple

i have a computer with built in digi tv.. but my screen keeps changing colour from purple to pink and back again intermittently...a friend with the same computer has experienced this and mentioned i need to download a file or something?(im not computer gifted) can anybody help please!!!! many thanks

If it only does it when your watching TV, then its something to do with a hardware/software/drivers gremlin, or if it does it all the time, i.e. when doing word processing, it sounds like you have a faulty monitor, probably a problem with the gamma guns. Try and use another monitor to eliminate the possibilities.

it only occurs when im not watching power cinema.


gamma guns!!!!! didnt the claymen have them in the buster crabbe flash gordon series.....dont bafflemewithlogic(heehee)
