Catholic Priest: Father John or Father Smith. Catholic Bishop: Bishop Smith, Bishop or Your Grace. Protestant Ministers: Rev John Smith addressed as Mr Smith. The only diference a degree makes is if they are a Doctor in which case they are Doctor Smith
