Viet and Thai spring to mind. - they also 'cup' (still, in these days ) and it works better than that !

Many moons ago I worked with a women's group, most of whom had a baby or very small child. We did a session on baby massage as a method of relaxing the baby before putting down for the night. Had great feedback from the mums.

My daughter had several massages when she was 6ish because they found she had scoliosis, and it certainoy helped. It was a lady masseur and I was there all the time.
