This was an old favourite childhood book of mine from the 60s. I cant seem to find anywhere that has one to sell, so hoping it may ring a bell and someone may have a copy of it stashed away in their loft, (with their Sindy dolls, scalextric or Thunderbird models - all of which we do have in our mums old loft, plus dinky cars, Joe 90, the daleks and Jackie annuals!) If you are under 50 you probably won't know what all this means :-) Many thanks.

I found one for £308.37! Seriously, though, it might be worth dropping a line to
Yours magazine, they have a column where readers write in requesting books, sheet music, knitting patterns etc. You could check their website.

Hi everyone, thanks for your answers, making me laugh now! I sure wish I had £300 going spare to spend on a book, but out of my league sadly. I'll have to stick with my Dandy & Beano, or if I want a more heavy read - dig out my Enid Blytons Five on a Treasure Island, Ring O'Bells Mystery or Lucy Browns School days :-). I'll stay hopeful for my special book though, you never know..... (Eternal optimist)
