I've been having terrible trouble accessing my Wanadoo e-mail account. It wont accept my password (which has been the same for two years, a has always been accepted up until this morning). I 'phoned a Helpline this morning, and spent almost two hours talking to a chap who I couldn't really understand, and who went through his entire list of possibilities, with no success, and eventually told me he didn't know what else to suggest. Wanadoo appear to have re-vamped their site, and it's been thrown into complete chaos. It's not displaying properly - everything is all down one side of my screen, and nothing is working properly. I can access other websites with no problem - just not my Wanadoo e-mail account. Can anyone suggest somewhere I can 'phone and speak to an English-speaking person who might help me?
Yes, tried that, but they just want you to change your password. I've also tried setting up a completely new e-mail account, but I can't access that either.
