badmash - it is an anagram and the dictionary checks it out - a new word on me!

have now got badmash for 17d which i had considered but thought it an Hindi/Urdu word.
stolen appears to be the answer to even sweeter fruits. There is a discussion on the site as to why. There is a proverb stolen fruits are sweeter i.e. same as the grass is greener on the other side.
