Convert PDF to JPG

Yes it is.
The way I would do it is to take a screen shot of the PDF the paste it into paint (which in the accessories folder) then save as - select jpg from the pull down menu and name it the save.
Another way is to use this free resizer site. You can crop the image to suit your needs

Freeware image editor irfanview can also do this if the pdf will not fit on the screen.
