can someone please tell me how to get rid of those silly adverts that keep coming up, and one that says it is from web page, , but when i click on cancel it just comes back again. please tell me in plain english.

You need to install an ad-blocker. What browser do you use?

It sounds like you might have a bit of a bug. On your computer, do you have an anti-virus programme? If so try running it.

I use Google chrome with the adblocker plug in both of which are free.

I had that problem and despite having mcafee and rapport it still happened. So I just took the computer back to its original installation and that solved the problem, it was a bit of a fiddle though

If they are pop-up windows, which from your description it seems like they are, then it seems your PC may be infected with malware. Try downloading and running Malwarebytes and see if that gets rid of them.
