If psoriasis is refractory to topical ointments and fails to clear completely with intense light therapy, DMARDs (disease-modifying therapy) would then be considered.

I have been using Eve. Primrose oil capsules. One 1000mg each day does the trick. I haven't had any signs of psoriasis or eczema now for several years. When I stopped taking the EPO for a couple of weeks, it all came back. sooooo it really does work. Unless you can afford to lie in the sun all day every day, EPO is an excellent remedy I recommend it. I have now managed to cut down my intake of EPO to twice a week and the problems have still never recurred. Good luck eccles xx
