Hi I am 17 years old and am just trying to lose some weight which I seem to have put on over the last year. I have had a look at diets etc on the web but I am a fussy eater and have not seen any which include things I would consider eating! Does anyone have an ideas???

Just eat healthy, dont diet cos you'll gain the weight again when you stop. you just need to adopt a healthy eating regime.
What does your typical diet include at the minute? i.e. breakfast lunch dinner?
It might be worth keeping a food diary so you can see what your actually eating do it for a week then you'll have an idea of just how healthy you are and more idea of what to cut out.

Following diets is a pain! Just make a conscious effort to eat healthier and move a bit more! It doesn't have to be a regimented chore. I've dropped 4 dress sizes in the past 12 - 18 months (now 8, was 16)
I changed jobs from an office (sitting on my bum!) to a shop (mainly on my feet) and as my new job is more local to home, I don't have to rely on pre-packed sandwiches, pasties etc. for lunch. I make all of my food (no ready meals), and very rarely eat take away.
I still have curries, chillies, pasta etc. and have a roast dinner every sunday. I like a drink, have the occasional bag of crisps/nuts and never, ever, EVER go the the gym. It really can be as easy as making little changes to your routine - if I'd have known, I would have done it years ago!
