Whitbread Trophy Bitter is still going (just about) as a creamflow keg beer
You can buy 10 Gallon barrels of it here!

Its on draught at this Lancashire pub

Its reported as available in cans at this site, but I think this may be out of date

The cask version I think has gone, though it used t be brewed fairly recently by Hydes in Manchester (who brew their own excellent real ale).
Several of the Whitbread beers live on (by name at least) in canned form. For example, Whitbread Mild is for sale at Morrissonss currently 1.99 for 4 cans.
