Simpsons episode

Can anyone help me with this episode? Homer, at some point in this episode is watching Lisa in concert, however he is also watching his hand held tv. At one point he is watching Lisa and one eye stays on Lisa and the other one travels down to look at the tv screen. Doesnt sound funny, but in Simpsons manner, I was wetting myself. Bizarrely, I havent seen it back on the box and dont know what episode it was. Anyone know??

i would go with metz solution but i know the ep your talking about it looked like his eye had broken and was wobbling about at the bottom...........lol
