Ricoh

I have just received an e-mail purporting to be from Ricoh U.K. which is a highly reputable international company. It includes the genuine web address of Ricoh and a postal address which may well be the genuine one. However this e-mail requesting support for the business is obviously a scam. It follows the pattern of recent rackets to get people involved in money-laundering by having monies put into their bank account, keeping a cut (in this case ten percent) and passing the remainder on. However, it may be just a swindle to draw people in by promising this huge commission and then raiding their bank account. Either way I should think many will be taken in and regret it very quickly. A genuine international company would not offer ten percent simply for being an intermediary, especially by an unsolicited e-mail. Has anyone else had one of these e-mails and how can innocent persons be warned?
