Mr P tried to kick a rat in the barn, missed and kicked the wall instead.

His big toe now looks like a massive plum, and he's on his way to A&E.

I'm finding it all rather amusing...

Mr P's toe was confirmed as broken today by x-ray. It's been strapped and he is hobbling about not feeling too sorry for himself.

I am still smirking at the colour/size of it. (The toe...)

I might have made an inappropriate comment regarding your husband on another post.

As far as I can see he behaved like a Husband, i.e. total idiot. They don't improve with age, I have come home from a day out only to find mine has been at the local MIU more often than I'd like to share. They're not invincible just stupid :-(

Rat hasn't been seen since. Probably in a rat hole somewhere laughing about the silly man with the sore toe.

Dog is still alive. No inappropriate toileting today (so far), but it has been a lovely day here and he's been in the garden for most of it.

Do point me in the right direction, Eccles. I'd love to see someone else posting about Mr P in an inappropriate manner. Usually just me. :-)
