Citroen C3 Sensodrive - Clock Setting?

I recently bought a secondhand Citroen C3 Sensodrive hatchback, and the one thing I can't seem to find how to do is to set the correct time and date on the digital display. The manual shows a small button either side of the display screen but it's different to the one in my car which DOESN'T have these buttons. So.. can any tell me how to do this, please?

I'm not familiar with your vehicle, but on my last few cars I put the radio on FM and put the RDS on. This set the time and date automatically from the radio data.
