Duck Legs - Safe To Re-Heat?
12 Answers
I have an M&S pack of two slow cooked Duck Legs in my freezer. It says on the pack 'Do Not Re-heat', but I'm on my own, so I am planning to cook both (or heat them up, really, as they are already cooked), but just eat one and put the second one in the fridge (after letting it cool down), then heat it up and eat it the following evening. Is it safe to do this? By the way, the two legs are in a sealed oven bag with their gravy, so I cannot separate them prior to cooking. How I wish that M&S would put the two Legs in individual bags.

That is why I was seeking the advice of other Answerbank readers.
