Just highlight the address bar of the link you want to post....ie, put your mouse at the extreme right hand side of the address, hold down the left hand mouse button and slide the mouse along the line to the left hand side.

Start a new line in the text of your post, put your cursor on the left of that line, at the start and them click the right-hand mouse button, go down to where it says paste and click that.
