Ending of the programme 'Roseanne'

On a recent trip to hawaii after busy days sightseeing etc watched many episodes of Roseanne

on cable TV.

Was puzzled by one episode which had Roseanne looking thinner with her hair straightened and very emotional talking about Dan in the past. he had died.

Was this the last episode ever does anyone know?

I never saw the last series, and I am only going by what I read elsewhere, but I think she sold out in some way, and that all the episodes were just a dream, much like the end of crossroads (version 2) and St. Elsewhere (which again I didn't see, but apparently the whole hospital thing was just the imagination of the autistic kid in it. Dan died from a heart attack, Darlene was with Mark instead of David and Becky was with David!

It confused a whole lot of people! Even me!!

The last episode revealed that the last series was a book that Roseanne had written after Dan died,.
