Radio Breakfast Show

Can anyone recommend a decent breakfast show on a UK radio station? I like Grimmy on Radio 1 but he's away. I liked Simon Bates on Smooth but he's left. Can't bear Chris Evans on R2 (or anything) and not keen on Theakston on Heart

It seems to me that breakfast radio programmes are not for you really. They are all very similar, a little tiresome, loud and repetitive. I manage to listen to Chris Evans for about 20 minutes when I'm in the car. Otherwise I suggest you catch the news on your local station and then switch over to R4 or Classic FM.

Vanessa Feltz is very good on Radio 2. She ticks all the boxes for me.
