But will he still end up on the dinner table?

I doubt it. My Dad knew the people who used to own Arlington Court and they were quite compassionate as far as distressed animals were concerned. I went there one day when they had an Exmoor red deer hind in a stable with her calve and I was persuaded to go in to see them. The hind got quite distressed and I thought the *** thing was going to kill me. I have never moved so fast in my life!

I couldn't eat an animal that I bottle fed.

[Jeza]

Neither could I umm, but who would know if you didn't tell them.
Further more If I had to kill an animal or fish I would cut it out of my diet.

Same. The only things I don't feel guilty about killing is slugs and maggots.
