Nhs Not All Bad.

Early hours of Monday morning my husband woke me saying he had really bad chest pain, he was clammy and his breathing was funny, I called an ambulance which arrived in less than ten minutes, he said he was feeling better when they arrived, they hooked him up to a monitor and he suddenly went all grey and clammy again and said the pain was back.
They whisked him straight of to LGI instead if taking him to York, they did an angiogram and found he needed stents which were then fitted and last night he was transferred to York.
Not a question, just a thank you to the NHS and the service provided at LGI.

The important aspect of this thread is the appreciation of medical care shown by the poster which would be appreciated by the medical staff.
A "thank you"goes a long way.
