Vegan potato salad recipe with apples

Just for this recipe you will need:
- Onions - 15 g
- Apples - 50 g
- Potatoes - 125 g
- Cooking oil - 10 g
- Household vinegar 3% - 15-20 g
- Salt and pepper.
Clear of a peel potatoes, steam. And then, cut into slices of average size.
Onion slice into half rings. Apple peel and carefully chop.

Salad of potatoes and coconut.

- 6 medium potatoes
- 425 milliliters of yoghurt

- 1 pod of fresh chili pepper, carefully chopped
- 2 fresh solid tomatoes, washed and trim every into 8 slices
- 1 tbsp. of grated fresh ginger (recommended)
- Just a few sprigs of parsley.
Preparation:
Boiled potatoes together with the skin. Thereafter it can be purified, cooled off and slice into cubes.
Mix yogurt, salt together with grated coconut. Heating oil in a small baking pan, throw in the mustard seeds.
Immediately cover with a lid that seeds do not jumped on the stove. When they quit popping, add the ginger and pepper.
Blend a couple of seconds.
Pour out the combination into the dish with yogurt. In the same bowl add the potatoes. Delicately stir to evenly covered potatoes layer of yogurt and spices.
Serve chilled, garnished along with parsley and sliced tomatoes.
This salad of boiled potatoes, roughly grated coconut along with spiced yogurt mixes well together with any dish and is particularly simple to prepare.
Preparing time period A half hour.

You seem to have forgotten the Meat!
That sounds lovely I might try it.
Today I went to M&S for some bread etc and bought a carton of their new potato with endame beans, peas and watercress (no mention of chilli) in a wasabi sauce. No-one ever told me that wasabi was HOT, nearly blew my head off.

Thank you for the recipes, can't say I fancy coconut with potato though.
These seem to be very 'English' recipes by the use of the ingredient "potatoes" without specifying which type, as though it was of no consequence. All the other ingredients don't add up to much if you don't have the right ones. The reason that German potato salads are the best is because of their choice of superb potatoes, difficult, if not impossible to obtain in England.
I think some here are being a right tease.
I'm sure it is very nice but salads are certainly not my preference.

what does "Clear of a peel potatoes" mean? Even with my advanced degree in typos, I can't make sense of it.

I don't like the idea of dipping stuff in vinegar, why not make regular potato salad with veganaise?
Whilst I don't know for sure mccfluff, I guess it may just be an instruction to peel the 250 grams of them. Contrary to my previous post, despite not being into salads, and not favouring mingling sweet & savoury, the latter one doesn't seem bad, and may be worth a try. Can't get my head around mixing apples with spud though.
