Hello, has anyone got any experience in taking herbal sleeping pills, and definatly know that they work, i need to know this as myself and my husband of 24 years, now sleep in seperate beds in seperate rooms due to his snoring and fidgiting which keeps me awake most of the night, i dont want to take prescription drugs so need advice of herbal remedies please. Thank you.
I have also tried those but they really only worked for a very short time, then went back to not sleeping. Its so anonoying that we cant sleep together anymore.
As a snory, fidgetty husband, I think you have the best solution. I usually get up and walk around so as not to disturb the beloved - she sleeps well at least! On your description of the problem, surely he ought to be taking any pills? I have found the occasional Zimovaine or as it is know in our house Zimmerframe helps; (that's how you feel after taking one!)
Yes, Tamirra I know what you mean, my hubby and I sleep in separate rooms now for more or less the same reasons & I think its bliss. No more snoring, fidgets, farting, coughing, injuries to my legs from jagged toenails, & disturbances
from his trips to the loo. Ahhhhh1 peace at last zzzzzzzzzz! (I Don't need tablets now)

Thanks for your replies, think i will give Sachs tablets a try and see how i go, but i do sleep very well on my own, and to be honest like it too, but hubby moans and thinks its making us drift apart. Thanks. xxx
Maybe he needs to sort out why he's snoring, does he drink, smoke, have coffee at night? When I have restless nights (menopause) I take rescue night in drop form which I find quite good and they don't make you feel drowsy next day. Always make sure you have a cuddle in bed in a morning so you get up together and he won't feel you're drifting.
