Last Meal

Not sure if this is the right place.

If you had to decide on a last meal, 2 or 3 courses, what would it be?

An Irish breakfast. As I said the last time this question was asked

I think I would go for..
Smoked salmon blini, with creme fraiche and a tiny spoonful of caviar
Beef Stroganoff with wild rice
Can't make up my mind between a Key Lime pie, or a lime sorbet.

Gness - I inadvertently put pineapple cubes into my prawn cocktail and it was truly lovely and cleansed the palate - also advocado. Good to see you back! JJCon

Atalanta - there is an Irish breakfast and Ulster fry - Irish only does toast with the fry up - Ulster does the heap soda bread, tatie farls and the rest JJCon

Steak (well done) with chips and gravy started off with a keg of beer.

I don't have a sweet-tooth but do have an affection for Strawberry cheesecake.

To Start:- English asparagus with Hollandaise sauce.

Main:- Possibly roast chicken and trimmings, or a roast sirloin of beef and trimmings. All veg must be Grown as locally as possible.

Pudding:- British raspberry Cranachan.
