I asked a question in recipes earlier on but had no replies. I think I can probably work out the chocolate cheesecake bit but definitely need help to make the nests. Trying to remember, there was shredded coconut, butter, possibly egg. It has to be of a consistency to press around a muffin tin and be firm enough to hold the cheesecake mixture. Please can somebody help.

I'd do it with something like a toffee that would set around the strands of coconut and hold it together but as I cannot even smell coconut without feeling ick, its conjecture.

Oh dear Woof, but thank you. I'm a bit like that with marzipan!
Could you email the food editor of The Times and ask them for the recipe? It`s worth a try.
...and then post it here please!
...hope that helps

Oh scorpiojo, I could kiss you! Thank you SO much. When I made it my Mum said it was the best pudding I'd ever made!!! I put raspberries on the top, put a drizzle of raspberry sauce on the plate and served it with a small dollop of vanilla ice cream. Thanks again. x
