DIY shops, garden centers closed. I need repairs done & prayer doesnt work.

Surely this isnt a religious demand?

Everyone knows that most shops are closed on Easter Sunday, especially people who work in shops.

And some shops were (and still are) open today, I was in work at 6.30am this morning preparing for our usual 7am opening time.

Having just got back from a call, our garden centre and newsagents are open. Is it just different hours?
Large stores (including Supermarkets and Garden Centres) are not allowed to open at all on Easter Sunday or Christmas Day in England/Wales - Scotland is different.

Small 'convenience' stores (and smaller garden centres and nurseries) can open as usual.

I worked till 7pm Sat & will work 2moro. Only today off long enuf for DIY + utilising available help. Methinx thats a good reason to whinge.
