So basically, if you're out dogging and don't get caught.. I know that's okay, but what happens if a helicopter flies above you at the time? Is that going to be an issue?

the whole point about laws to do with sex in public places is to protect people who may not want to see it. so if you are having it off in a public place in broad daylight you are asking for trouble. because anyone could come along, not just fellow pervs. on the other hand if you are there at night (after dark) anyone you "bump into" is unlikely to be "alarmed" at your...

Well.. We found a relatively quite place surrounded by woods, but the only problem was the helicopter overhead.. Nobody else could have seen. At the risk of sounding naive - did take all the possible precautionary measures.
