How Much Does Your Vacuum Weigh?

After reading Emmies thread below about her need for a lightweight machine,I weighed my monster. Its called "super lightweight" and weighs 12.5lb. It's pretty heavy...I never feel secure lugging it up the stairs. So how much does yours weigh?

the baby sweeper is very light weight, will let you know when the get the adult version
baby sweeper is 1.6kg, or 3.5lbs,

Emmie...what's a baby sweeper?
its a G Tech electric carpet sweeper, the baby of the series, i decided to try this first then buy a proper Vacuum, this should suffice for now.
the other one just fell to pieces, after i whacked it for not picking up the crud
One of my vacuum cleaners is a Filter Queen, I don't know the weight but it is bloomin' heavy......might explain why it is rarely used ;-)

Ahhh...the Gtech baby. I am seriously considering the daddy Gtech. Watch this space...lol.
i was too, but its out of my pocket. looks very good though. Argos have a sale on and see what i can find - i hate hoovering, next to trying to tangle with the duvet changing.
How much does a Dustbuster weigh... (throwback I know) I have a Dyson and for all it's promises .... it is in fact Utter sh!te.

Emmie...on Amazon they sell refurbished,or demo models for a good bit less than new. That may be worth considering.
I drag my fat @r$e out of bed every day, pasta! 17lbs is nothing.
