PM and Chancellors wives

As they live next door to each other, do they socialise and have each other around?. Has anything been written about how they get along with each other.

I can't imagine that they would socialise any more or less than any other professional colleagues who live within close proximity to each other. There is often talk of the strained relations between PM and Chancellor, but this may be puirfely professional, and they may be good friends. But it is certainly no more or less likely because they happen to have adjoining residences. Most weekends - when there would be time for social activity, each, as a serving MP, should be found in their constituancy represnting their individual electorates.
