anyone had problems with their delivery service,
have ordered a couple of things which were due to be delivered yesterday
which didn't arrive. i have e mailed the customer service team and spoke with them yesterday, but no joy.

the confirmation tx said delivery 07-13.00 delivery, when phoned that was not correct could be anytime of the day, that is misleading then, i was still in all day and no idea how long this is going to take, which means more time wasted.

I had a nightmare with them, it took 2 months to deliver a faulty part for my filing cabinet. They give you a delivery date but don't bother telling you that it is out of stock. So you then arrange to collect the part from their store 30 miles away as they have it in stock, when you arrive at the store you find it is an item they have never had in stock! Bloody useless!!!

ummm i have tried that, the first time accepted the tracking details
seems it was loaded on the van, then couldn't get access to delivery people website, crashed?
tried again this morning order at the depot?
not to mention no sign of the other order, its annoying because i had an appointment yesterday which i cancelled to wait in. both orders had a delivery date for yesterday
i phoned them, on an 0845 no joy there either.
just wondered if anyone else had bother with them.
i can't lug the items back from the shop.

i have looked on line again at the courier tracking, it says parcels couldn't be delivered, at 14.00, even though i was in all day, i didn't nod off,
