What type of dresses you want to get first of all.

I am fat and would not look good no matter what I wore.

Some of those 'ladies' probably looked okay but the dresses and high heels made made many of them look frumpy.

Some of them looked amusing and some bad. But as long as they felt good I suppose that is all that matters.
