I/we Have A Visit Tomorrow From The Dwp.......

This is regarding Mics state pension. He is 65 in June but can't apply for it himself so I applied on his behalf. So they are coming about me being made appointee. Does anyone know what they will ask? I know they want proof of identity and marriage but what else will they ask?

I was the appointee for my Mum Jeza, they came to visit at the care home and the lady was really lovely. Hope it all goes well x

The lady from the dwp has just left. She was very nice. She asked me to leave the room for a moment while she spoke to Mic. I assume it was to ask if he was happy with me being made appointee. After that she directed all questions at me. Like I said she was very nice.

When she told me how Mics pension must be spent on him I nearly said, does that mean I can't have a week in Spain with it. Remembering on what happened at Christmas about the whisky I held my tongue.
