Is there a person living or dead who you would love to ask a question .it don't have to very serious but just to find out .Mine would be be to Michael Parkinson in his advert he say he's been asked lots of times his favourite interview .i like to know what was lots ,one two ,five ,twelve half a million .
I would ask my father why the f**k he deserted me when I was 4 - 54 years ago. Not heard from him since the day he left - no xmas cards, no birthday cards absolutely naff all. He's probably dead now - mam would have been 87 so he would be 90ish - last heard of living in London but that was back in the 60s.
I could ask my mum more about her father
She was illegitimate in the late 1920's and has never really spoken about it. I can't ask her now even though she's still with us because the stigma is still raw with her
My mother, maiden name Cahill, came from a large family all of whom kept in touch except for one uncle, When ever his name was mentioned the subject was always changed very quickly. Of course this was a subject of much discussion among us "youngsters" the favourite theory being that he was somehow involved in the troubles in Ireland.I'd love to know what he did and what happened to him
My question has nothing to do with my family ('cos I'm just not bothered about them). I simply want to ask Pierre de Fermat to put millions of mathematicians out of their misery by telling us how he proved his famous (or should that be 'infamous'?) last theorem!
