Which vertebra?
Have you had an X-Ray?
Have you been given painkillers?
Question Author
x ray confirmed it last just over a week ago I think it was t 12 vertebrae only given paracetamol with codine and im waiting for a dex scan
T12......no pains or pins and needles in the arms?

It will take more than 2weeks to settle........be patient and wait for the scan.
Question Author
no pains in arms thankfully and scan should be through about 3 weeks the only place I can ease pain is lying on the bed but dr said move around so I just don't no what to do for the best and I cant lie on a bed all day and I cant move around sorry if it seems im having a moan lol
LOL...I know, but if you dose yourself up with painkillers and move around as much as you can, then it will, eventually settle.

Hi GypsyI have several fractures namely T4,6,and 9 and have been diagnosed with osteoporosis also,so I can fully sympathise with youI was to physiotherapist who gave me muscle strengthening to do and am on Dihydrocodeine for the pain which is constant as it is pressing on nerves radiating from the spine, sorry to be so gloomy, hope you feel better soon.
Question Author
